In any sexual act, prior to the consummation of a sexual act, comments or sexual insinuations that are not desired, actions to commercialize or utilize, in any way, the sexuality of a person by means of coercion by another person, regardless of the type of relationship with the victim, in any setting, including home and the workplace.
